Losing Weight's not Difficult.....You Are

Are you also one of the "unlucky ones" for whom no diet seems to work? No matter what you do, and how you go about it, you just can't seem to "get it off". Have you ever noticed that every diet you attempted, you chose because of the results it produced for someone else?

Have you ever considered the fact that you might be your own problem? Old habits, stubbornness and procrastination could lead to self-sabotage, keeping you from achieving success in losing weight.

Your habits were formed over a period of many years. The fact that they sabotage your success in losing weight, does not make them any easier to break, or break loose from. A simple habit like having a glass of milk before bedtime can upset your total intake for the day, and waste your efforts.

Stubbornness has been the downfall of many people taking on many different challenges. Some people simply refuse to eat certain foods, because of personal taste. Some people refuse to get more active, because of the old "it's just not me" attitude. Some people simply refuse to accept that a certain drink, food or snack is not acceptable during a weight loss campaign.

Procrastination is the worst enemy of all. The approach of being able to postpone things you do not feel like doing, usually ends up in it not being done, It can be as simple as waiting too long to drink your next glass of water, which has been proven to assist weight loss, or waiting too long to become more active, to the point that you eventually skip your "active session" for the day.

What you do with your life is your choice. What you do, or don't, is entirely up to you. Just bear in mind that weight loss requires change. You will need to change habits, attitudes, and priorities. In short, to make a change, you need to change.
